Organization Information This section will focus on filling out the organizational information.

Organizational Contact Information As the primary contact for East-West University, my information is automatically populated here from the CEPH database. Because CEPH always notifies the primary contact when the annual report is available each September, I could replace my contact information with another person’s and we would both be contacted. But since I’m the one who completes the annual report each year, I’m going to leave my contact information here.

Organizational Contact Information It also allows me to put an extra contact person in here (so this is a second person who would be contacted about annual reporting – and potentially a third person if I had replaced the first contact with someone other than the primary contact person).
