Workshop Goal The goal of this session is for new Resource Teachers to gain working knowledge of Welligent and CASEMIS – web based IEP Programs

Welligent System Welligent is a District-wide web-based software system used for online IEPs and tracking of related services (such as speech and language, physical therapy, vision and hearing screenings, nursing services, etc.) provided to students during the course of their education. Welligent allows administrators to monitor IEP timelines and service delivery, and generate reports to ensure compliance with special education laws and regulations. Welligent Tracker Resource Teacher responsibility in RSP Tracker system will include creating service records for students on the caseload, documenting time resource service minutes for reading, writing, and math (if needed as stated per student’s IEP)
CASEMIS IEP data must be entered into CASEMISE (part of the SEIS System) Website: www.seis.org Each IEP student must be added to the system -Input student information in the ADD Student Form in the CASEMIS

Resource Teachers’ Responsibilities for data systems IEPs must be created in Welligent Resource minutes documented in RSP Tracker (part of Welligent) Add each student to CASEMIS Then update information in the CASEMIS for Screen A, Screen B, and Screen C – will be covered further in additional session.
