HSE LEARNING INCIDENT: A fully loaded Skip Truck attempted to go around the Nimr roundabout too fast for the load and turn. The Skip Truck rolled over on its right side skidding to a stop. The driver released his seatbelt and that of the Helper, both got out of the cab via broken windscreen. The Helper received minor injuries requiring Medical treatment. ROOT CAUSES: Poor Driver Behaviour Driving too fast for road conditions LEARNINGS: Avoid sudden actions , always slow down before roundabouts Practice Defensive Driving Key Learning: When turning: must slow down to safe low speed.
