Careers in Anthropology What do Anthropologists do? Where do Anthropologists work?

Sub-fields in Anthropology Social/Cultural Biological/Physical Linguistic Archaeology Study of cultures and societies around the world. Ethnography Ethnology Study of human or primate evolution and/or biology Paleoanthropology Primatology Forensic Study of human language Study of human societies through their material remains. Applied can be a sub-field of anthropology as well – it is basically any anthropologist that is trying to solve real world problems. Anyone working under one of the above sub-categories can also be an Applied Anthropologist.
