Chapter 5 – Energy Balances Practical guidance for the compilation of energy balances how to use the data items presented in Chapter 6 of IRES in the balances data editing and validation rules inherent to the energy balances estimation of missing data possibly present secondary data sources that can be used for the compilation of balances need to present commodity balances and how to go to energy balances?
