Review of NUTS in EU-25 An amending Regulation (EC)105/2007 Published in Official Journal L39 of 10/2/2007 Will enter in force on 1/1/2008 NewCronos will switch to NUTS-2006 from 26/11/2007 For practical reasons, the new NUTS may already be used in Eurostat surveys Eurostat publication NUTS-2006/EU27 with maps is in preparation A draft version is available as a room document The RAMON server will be updated 16/10/2007

Statistical regions in other countries Other countries: mainly remaining countries in Western Balkan which are not yet candidate countries Increasing need from Commission services for a regional division in Western Balkan countries These countries should propose a regional division, conformant with the NUTS criteria, to Eurostat 16/10/2007
