Chief Electoral officer -Can monitor the whole monitoring system online & Fill the Officer Information details District Election officer - DEO is responsible to fill the Law & Order Information and monitor the entry of their AC. Returning Officer of AC -ROAC is responsible to fill all the details in the data entry for election monitoring application .

How To Login URL To access the Application: http://electionmonitoring.nic.in or go to website >> Menu >> ECI Officials & Click on Data Entry for Election Monitoring link. Go To Application By Typing Provided URL Into Browser Window. Provide Username & Password and Click Login. .

How To Select Data Entry Page Select Options From The Menu To View Or Fill Details. To Edit Details Click “Edit” Link Provided At The Bottom Of The Page OR at the left side of the page. .

Officer Info Select “Officer Info” Link From Menu. Select the officer category from the drop down list to edit or fill details Click “Edit” To Make Changes Or Fill Details. Select District From List. Fill Details. Click on “Update” link at the left of the page to save changes .

Law And Order Select “Law & Order” Link From Menu. To edit or fill details, click on “Edit” link at the bottom of the page to open form in edit mode. Now fill or edit details & Click on “Update” link at the bottom of the page to save changes. .

Polling Incidence To fill polling incidence, go to “Polling Incidence” link in the menu. Then following page will appear. Select district from the list to show ACs list. Select AC from the list. Enter the details of the incidence. Click “Submit” to save the polling incidence. .

Two Hourly Turnout . To fill 2 Hourly turnout of the AC at listed time, go to “2 Hourly Turnout” in the menu. Select District, then AC From The List. Select time from list. Fill AC turnout at selected time. Click “Submit” button to save details.
