ACT in Oregon since 2013 In 2013 there were 2 qualified ACT programs. Qualified ACT programs score 114 or greater on the Dartmouth Assertive Community Treatment Scale (DACT) By the end of 2014, 10 ACT teams serving 481 individuals. By the end of 2015, 17 ACT teams served 767 individuals.

Qualified ACT programs by size (n=16)

% Competitively Employed

% in Education Programs

% Homeless in past 12 months

% in ER for psychiatric services

% Psychiatric Hospitalization

% in Jail in past 12 months

Questions How are we going to use the outcome data for quality improvement How are we going to report and share outcome data- anonymous or with ACT programs identified http://osece.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Q1-2016-Oregon-Outcomes.pdf These outcomes were largely defined by the DOJ agreement- are there additional outcomes that you would be willing to collect and report on an annual basis to add to this collection of indicators. Possibly more strengths based outcomes such as % of individuals that accomplish personally important goals, indicators of independence, self sufficiency, recovery. Ongoing data collection and reporting will be discussed at the OCEACT advisory committee and if you have ideas for data collection and reporting also email me or we can discuss in a broader forum like a TA call.
