Exemplar start The reason I have chosen to do circuit training is because it allows my client to customise their training to their needs. My client would like to improve the length of time they can run for. In order to do this, they will need to improve their aerobic endurance which means they need to work at 60-85% of their maximum heart rate. I have also chosen circuit training because it offers a lot of variation on what activities you do………
