On page 16 of contribution 15-06-0463, what’s the meaning of L? In contribution 15-06-0463, is the calculation of CCA modified or only the procedure of CSMA modified? In contribution 15-06-0462, it will be very beneficial to add the throughput plot for the current 802.15.4 MAC procedure. It will be very beneficial for the CWPAN to provide the plot that compares the packet error rate vs. SNR of the OQPSK modem (15.4-2006) with the QPSK + Chirp coding (C-WPAN) modem. Where is the raise-cosine filter (with roll-off factor of 0.5) used in the CWPAN modem system? Is it used as the Transmitting Filter before transmission (as it is used in 802.15.4-2006 for 868MHz band) or it is used as the pulse-shaping filter before modulation? Is it possible for CWPAN to adopt another PN sequence that has similar characteristic (binary, circular shift by 2 to each other) as the PN sequence used in 802.15.4 instead of the one used in current standard? Is it possible for the CWPAN to have the same symbol-to-PN-code mapping for SFD and data payload? Submission Kuor-Hsin Chang, Freescale Semiconductor Liang Li, Vinno Technologies Inc.
