TIME MANEGMENT OF daanish

STEP 1

What I Learnt From Step 1 What I learnt from this step was that I am not perfect in what I do and that I can do much better. Just like my grade. I learnt that there is always time for improvement so and that no one is perfect.

STEP 2

WHAT I LEARNT FROM STEP 2 What I learnt from this was that I can recall what my average day goes like and also that I have a fixed amount of time for everything on normal days. I have included everything and there are zero hours of un plotted time. That is good time management I think.

Step 3 Listening to music Bad environment Multitasking Working in bed Outside stress The reason music is bad for you is that it can influence your behavior and also it can distract you from studying. It can make you distracted when you try and comprehend the lyrics in the song than studying when I say that it can influence your behavior it means that is can make you act the way your music is playing like moving your hands to the tune. Bad environment days when it’s super-hot it’s hard to study because for example it’s 35 degrees. A hot day you just feel like to stop writing and just relax and go to the pool or something and then you feel that you should go for a swim and when you come out and maybe it is a little cooler then you are tired and may just go to sleep. This is a problem. The fix is to lower the heat in your room or turn on the A.C. This would help you concentrate because you are not too cold and not too hot. Multi-tasking is not good because they distract you from doing your work and also it can take a lot of time away from you without you knowing it. The fix to this problem is that you keep away all distraction and try to be in a good state of mind and focus only on your work. Working in bed is bad because you just lay back and relax for like a couple of seconds and end up falling asleep. The drowsiness and comfort of your bed makes you feel tired and wanting to rest. There is a fix to this and it is to not study in bed if it is a place where you can focus though try to not have a hard bed or try it on the ground. Outside stress Is distracting because it’s such a good day and your friends are all playing outside and all you want to do is just get some fresh air but you know you have to study so you get fresh air and your friends invite you to hangout and you go out and you been gone for hours and then there is a big problem because you forgot to study. The fix is that you tell your friends that you have to study and that you would hangout some other time. Daanish Arora

What I learnt from step 3. What I leant from this was that I may have many things to work on because many of these things I wrote apply to me. This is a problem and I need to fix them.

STEP 4

What I learnt from step 4 What I learnt from this was that I am an above average time management student and that there may be many many many flaws to me that time management is interestingly not one of them. This is the last step.
