FCCC/CP/1999/7 (pp.80-100) In-depth review of a national communication: compilation & synthesis of all NCs by the secretariat in-depth review (IDRs) of each communication review by SBs and COP At present, the 3rd round of IDRs (3rd NCs) 34 (of 40) communications received 21 Parties reviewed 16 May 2019
