SCALING SUCCESS CSO - Regional Rainmakers Connecting STEM Education to Workforce Nationally Chief Science Officers (CSO) program expands the student government model to place youth in the center of STEM promotion, experience, and community action. A first of its kind nationally, the CSO strategy approaches school and STEM workforce pipeline transformation at the sociocultural level to foster student voice in STEM education., as well as share their perspective of STEM workforce barriers and solutions.. GROWING A GREAT MODEL Regional Rainmakers Cover All Socio-Economic Demographics with foundational relationships between education, civic and industry stakeholders (including AZ, CA, NY, MI, MO, IN, IA, IL TN, ID ) Recruit SciTech Jedi Mentors to Work with Students, School and CSO Advisory Board Empower Students to Explore, advocate, learn, connect and pursue STEM in their school and beyond.
