Coach role and responsibility Coach Responsibilities Attend monthly coaches meetings Select athletes, provide match information in effective time frames Professional communication Explore additional competition opportunities for athletes (where appropriate) Keep and update data of attendance/membership Research CPD opportunities, and bring forward to Head Coach Inclusive practice Adapt sessions to meet participant needs Support athlete as a whole Appropriately qualified Collaborate with fellow coaches Identify clear, progressive pathways for athletes Work with athletes in training AND matches

Club Calendar Becomes the single point of contact for ALL fixtures U18 Cup- Boys and Girls U16 Cup- Boys and Girls SW League Men SW League Ladies NVL Ladies- considering division JuVoTo or equivalent competitions Commitments for 2019/2020 season:

Club communication media including email All electronic communications between coaches and players will be through parents ONLY (U16) and with parental consent (U18). This has the potential to be included in club membership process One central Facebook page- Chairman and Head Coach to monitor content. Discussions required regarding groups. Email will be the clubs preferred method of communication. All coaches/committee members to have club emails, and protocols to be put in place.
