Processing Changes made in 2017-2018 Our evaluators developed this chart that shows our local AA/AS degrees that a student can earn with an ADT degree. This information was shared with Counselors in early Fall 2018. NOTE: Currently our policy does not allow us to double count any General Studies degree with any other degree.

Current Graduation Process Student makes an appointment to meet with a Counselor for a review of their program requirements. Student submits their Petition to Graduate by established deadlines for fall/spring/summer. College Evaluation Team reviews their graduation petition for degree/certificate requirements. Student & Counselor are notified by mail of their graduation status (complete, in progress, eligibility for a different degree/certificate if not meeting the program requirements for the major they requested, etc.)

Changes made to Grad Petition We added this statement to our graduation petition in January 2018.
