Katnich School Relocation Analysis Existing school consolidation Disruption of current programs, children and staff Potential additional administration costs Lease of commercial/retail space Adequacy of facilities costs of renovation and ongoing lease payments Use of Clements School Site currently too small; Uncertain expansion opportunities Relocation to unused space at the Henderson Complex Cost to expand student housing No additional administration cost impact Minimal impact on current students and staff Katnich School Relocation

Katnich School Relocation Recommendation Relocate to unused space at the Henderson Complex Space available on site to support program Limited disruption to students and staff No additional administration costs Estimated on-site relocation cost of $580,000 Moneys available to support the project through a temporary borrowing from Fund 40 (non-sweepable funds) Project expense to be paid back over a four year period through ADA revenues generated by the program Katnich School Relocation
