Background Lincoln Against Poverty 2013/14 review into poverty in Lincoln Resulted in the Lincoln Anti-Poverty Strategy Overseen by the Lincoln Against Poverty Steering Group Runs from 2014-16, and will be refreshed and extended this year This is the third Lincoln Against Poverty event. Its purpose is to update on the Strategy, and identify actions to be delivered this year.
