Instructions to print your PTA Membership Card If you signed up directly online: 1) Go to https://app.memberhub.com/login 2) Enter the email address and pw you used to create your account 3) Click on the profile picture and your name located on the top right of the screen 4) Select "Your Profile".  The membership card is on the right side of the screen. If you signed up via a paper slip: 1)  Go to https://app.memberhub.com/login 2)  Enter email address and select "I need to create my password".  Click "Next" 3)  Enter confirmation code from email and enter password.  Click "Next" 4)  Complete your profile.  Click "Next" 5)  To print the membership card, Click on the profile picture and your name located on the top right of the screen 6)  Select "Your Profile".  The membership card is on the right side of the screen.
