The user sends the File to us to load the Projects and Tasks to SSS in the “Project Data” sheet. Once the data is Validated please go to “Data For Loading to SSS” tab and copy the data and paste it the data in the notepad and save the file as GEA_I_EU_USD_projects_DDMMYYYYHH24MISS.dat format. Note: Please include $$EOF$$ at the end of the file with a new line character. Otherwise interface will fail. Sample: GE Internal

Once the data is copied to the file then you need to login to the FTP. Click on Run and type as ftp sss.corporate.ge.com and provide the user name and Password. User Name : psftpid Password : ******* After login to the FTP you need to go to this path cd /ssspshr/poapp/io/scp1/av/in to place the file. Please place the file using “PUT “ command. put GEA_I_EU_USD_projects_12032014210626.dat Once the file is placed onto the server it will be picked by the interface during the next day run. i.e 5:00 AM (Mon to Fri) GE Internal
