User Satisfaction Survey (2016 edition) 24 - 25 April 2017
The 2016 survey covered four main aspects: 1) information on types of users and uses of European statistics, 2) quality aspects, 3) trust in European statistics, 4) dissemination of statistics (including the question on satisfaction with user support service). The survey was carried out from 19 April until 22 June 2016. Email invitations were sent out to about 160 500 registered Eurostat users. A total of 3038 (1,9%) replies were received. 24 - 25 April 2017
