* * * * * * * Supplemental Figure 3. GO Cellular Component Annotation Analysis of SA-Regulated Gene-Networks. We analyzed the genes in the gene-networks responsive to SA in the seven accessions for bias in GO Cellular Component annotation. Black bars show the percentage of total annotations in each GO Cellular Component annotation classification using the sequenced Arabidopsis genome. Hatched and white bars show the percentage of total annotations for each of the above GO Cellular Component classifications for the genes present in the down- and up-regulated networks, respectively. Asterisks (*) indicate those classifications that are significantly different from the whole genome distribution as determined by chi-square tests.
