What information do you think should be on food packaging to most benefit the consumer’s ability to make buying decisions?

Why would a company choose to produce foods that are free range, organic, etc? Or why would they choose not to?

How can marketing be used to communicate with the consumer and what kind of information would a food manufacturer or producer want to get across?

What advice can you give us to communicate with our stakeholders about our purchasing decisions and make them feel comfortable that what we are feeding students is safe?
