Help Me FedEx – Installing and Using This screen allows you to create a session for you to be able to connect to the customer. First of all you need to enter the meter # for the customer in the name field. Then click the create code button, this will generate a unique session for you to connect to the customer. Help Me FedEx – Installing and Using Above we have started a session for the meter number 1234567, you can see in the next column the system has assigned a unique code number. The system keeps the codes valid for 10 minutes, which means if the customer fails to connect within 10 minutes you will need to create another code to use. Help Me FedEx – Installing and Using First time users If its the first time this customer has connected with us the system will download a small file to their PC, there is no security risk and we will not be able to connect to the customer again without them calling us first. Be conscience of privacy! It’s important the customer is informed that we will have access to their PC so they should close down any sensitive information and that we should inform them about the ability to control the session from their end too.
