Co-curricular activities @ AIPS

CCA - Purposes Discover their talent Discover their interest Develops students in specific knowledge, skills & values Discover their talent Discover their interest Friendship & Social Integration In AIPS, we believe that CCA should provide a platform for students to pursue with interest and not just their talent. Also, through CCA, students are given more opportunities to socialise with other students as well as being able to learn and practice various soft skills such as communication, patience and team work (due to being around students of different ages and backgrounds).

CCA – Tiered Approach Primary Secondary Pre - university Discovery (Broad exposure with opportunities for specialisation) Secondary Development (Specialisation with opportunities for broad exposure) Pre - university Application Emphasis on student-initiated pursuits, leadership development & service to community For Primary School, the direction is BROAD EXPOSURE where students DISCOVER their interest and talent. In Primary 1 and 2, students go through PALS. This continues in Primary 3, where AIPS caters for and conducts MODULAR CCA for all our Primary 3 students to provide them a platform to DISCOVER THEIR TALENT AND INTEREST. This will assist them to make a better choice when selecting a CCA from Semester 2 onwards in their Primary 3.
