PBIS - Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports It is a positive behavioral system. Students are taught expected behaviors throughout the school building. Students are rewarded with tickets (feathers) if they are “caught” SOARing in school.
Bully Prevention SWAT: Stop, Walk Away, Talk to an adult. Students were taught the SWAT method the first week of school. Students are taught to stop what they are doing, take a deep breath, and go on with their day. Please encourage your student to report ongoing issues to the teacher.
Second Step Social/Emotional learning program. Monday: 30 minutes. Tuesday-Thursday: 5-10 minutes. Homework on Mondays.
