AB 540 Undocumented Immigrant Students May apply for college by fulfilling the following requirements -attend a CA high school for a minimum of 3 years -graduate from a CA high school -sign an affidavit with the intent to apply for legal residency when eligible -will pay in-state tuition Ineligible for Cal Grants or FAFSA (will qualify for both after obtaining legal residency) Eligible for private scholarships
