If an interviewee looks like he or she doesn't care about themselves, then the employer will think they wont care about their job!

How to dress Men: Suit and tie Clean nails Limited aftershave/cologne  Neat and professional Hair Style Women: Suit/suit skirt Clean nails  Light make-up and perfume No jewelry is better than cheap jewelry
