Transcript Personal Info Middle school classes taken for high school credit List of classes you have taken and your grade Check your transcript for accuracy You, the student, are responsible for knowing your graduation requirements and making sure the classes you take are helping you progress towards graduation.

Credit Summary Box Subject Area = required subjects Req = required credits for each subject Cmp = credits already completed Def = credits needed in each subject in order to graduate G.P.A. = Grade Point Average Class Rank = rank in your class based on your G.P.A You will not use class rank until your senior year.

Essential Skills Meet state assessments in: Reading Writing Math Students have one opportunity to take the Smarter Balanced test in the junior year. We offer many options to meet the Essential Skills graduation requirements. You can talk to your counselor about other options after you take the SBAC.The best preparation for SBAC is the classes you take at Sprague.

Post-High School Options 4-Year College 2-Year College Career/Technical School Military Employment Here are the general admissions requirements for most 4-year colleges. You need to check with the schools you are interested in applying to so that you make sure you are taking classes to meet a schools individual requirements. Some universities are requiring three years of foreign language.

4- Year College Admissions Requirements 4 credits of English 3 credits of Math 3 credits of Science 3 credits of Social Studies 2 credits of a Second Language SAT/ACT Scores Cumulative GPA requirements Math beyond Algebra II is highly recommended

CTEC Career Technical Education Center Residential construction Manufacturing Will take English & Math at CTEC Classes are also taken at Sprague Transportation is provided Applications will be available in the Business Office Juniors and senior who are on track to graduate. Juniors need about 12.0 credits after their sophomore year. Students will take English& Math at CTEC. Transportation from Sprague is provided and food will be available. Certification is possible through a partnership with PCC. This program will lead to a job!!

OSAA Eligibility for Sports Must pass at least 5 classes the previous semester Must maintain a 2.0 GPA during the season Must be on track to graduate Must have good attendance Coaches will track student grades and attendance during the season. You must maintain passing grades and good attendance to be able to participate in athletics. If you miss even one period during a game day you will not be allowed to play.

Required Classes for all Juniors English Science Math Social Studies PE & Wellness II are recommended Talk to your core area teachers if you are interested in taking an honors or AP course. Students who are placed into Honors and AP courses need to read the AP and Honors classes practices and student expectations page 4 of the Registration Bulletin.

Teacher Recommendations Your current teachers will recommended you for classes in these areas: English Math Science Social Science Talk to your current teacher if you want to take a specific class.

AP/Honors Information Getting a 3 or better on an AP test = college credit at many colleges Sprague Offers the following AP Classes AP Government AP US History AP Art History AP European History AP Psychology AP English Literature and Composition AP Calculus AP Statistics AP Biology AP Physics AP Chemistry AP Environmental Science AP Spanish AP French Complete all spaces. If you do not complete every single blank we will choose classes for you. You will have a very limited opportunity to change your electives next year so be thoughtful about what you choose. Think about the prerequisites for upper level classes. Be thoughtful about elective choices as you will have a very limited opportunity to make changes.

Course Request Worksheet Due February 26 Return your completed worksheet with your transcript If you do not return your worksheet, course requests will be entered for you. The computer creates schedules over the summer. I recommend that teachers collect the forms on February 24!
