Hi, my names is John. I am a heterotroph and my walls are made out of chitin. I like long walks on the beach and enjoy my host’s warm, moist shoes.

Mary, Mary quite contrary how does your garden grow Mary, Mary quite contrary how does your garden grow? With sunlight, water, carbon dioxide and pretty maids all in a row.

This is Jack. He is an endangered Mexican Grey Wolf, Canis lupus, that lives in Mexico, New Mexico, Texas and Arizona. Because he has no cell walls, he is a heterotroph. He competes with man for resources like food and shelter.

Can you believe that these are real. They are all examples of diatoms Can you believe that these are real?? They are all examples of diatoms. They are eukaryotes that live in the ocean, but can also live on land. Some are autotrophs and some are heterotrophs.

This is an example of the type of extreme environments these unicellular organisms live in.

This is E. Coli and it has a symbiotic relationship with you.
