Required Documents for Payroll Summer Application Summer Offer Letter I-9 / W-4 form Direct Deposit Form ( if you choose ) Watch the Daily Bruin for news from HR Monthly timesheet

Turn Your Timesheets into Paysheets Paper timesheets due to your supervisor on the last day you work for the month. Sign them in ink. Lock your automated timesheet at the end of your last shift of the month. Let your supervisor know if you have requests for adjustments that they need to address. Problems? Meal / Break Times 6 hours or more requires at least 30 minutes UNPAID meal period.
