SCIENCE MISSION DIRECTORATE Troy Cline, Carolyn Ng, Lani Sasser, Eddie Gonzales and University of North Texas (UNT) partners of NSSEC connected with 1,000 technology educators and researchers from 35 countries at the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education (SITE) conference: Presented "Using Innovative Technologies to Increase Middle School Students’ Interest in Space Science” Showcased STEM Innovation Lab activities and sample works from SciAct infrastructure collaborators Established a new Special Interest Group “STEM Innovation” Identified publication prospects with a) Journal of Computers in Mathematics & Science Teaching and b) Innovative Learning, a new open source journal.
