Learning Objective I will be able to identify and describe the functions of the organs belonging to the digestive and excretory systems.

Language Objective Excretory and digestion system groups will present their slides. We will go through other slides in depth, and complete the FRAME, and watch a brief video on how the heart functions.

Guiding Questions? The excretory system filters waste from the blood and makes urine – what system works with the excretory system to filter the blood? The digestive system breaks down food physically, and then chemically into energy rich molecules that the rest of the body use as fuel – what system do you think delivers the food through the rest of the body?
