Moral Behaviour It refers to the behaviour of the members of a given culture which has been accepted & followed. Moral Sensitivity: Moral Judgment: Moral Motivation: Moral Character:

Moral Standards in Ethical Concept Moral values can usually be expressed as statements describing objects or features of objects, i.e., “Honesty is good”. They are important indicators of a person’s ethical standards, but cannot be equated to moral standards. (Non moral standard)

Characteristics of Moral Standards It deals with subject matters that have serious implications in society, environment, and workplace; irrespective of whether the implications are beneficial or harmful. They are self regulatory. They are based on impartial considerations. They are self-inflicting.

Importance of Moral Standards Helps in Governing Business Activities Helps in Distinguishing Right Action from the Wrong Helps in Maintaining Cordial Relations Helps Business in Securing Optimum Utilisation of Natural Resources
