We belief we can do this while generating a large monthly income for the government which can be used to improve services such as health care and education. At the same time this project can generate renewable clean energy and also contribute to large scale job creation.

A small addition to the per square meter building rate is added to each house to provide funding for the infrastructure. The monthly repayment rate of the funds is at a lower cost than what is currently offered by banks. The difference in the repayment rate will be an income to the government.
