Terminal Performance Objective Given the need to present training, the public safety training instructor will choose and create the appropriate training aids, which will enhance the learning process, in accordance with the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Learning System. 2

Enabling Objectives Identify four (4) categories of training aids. Discuss the effective use of training aids. Determine the appropriate aids for a topic. Develop five (5) training aids with a variety of three (3) different types. 3
