Concussion Training Program Free from CDC & NHFS Follow the instructions in this Powerpoint to complete your course & certification Concussion Training Program

Step 1 This process will take most of your class time. Approximately 5-10 minutes to register & order plus about 30 minutes to complete the course. Go to NFHS website at: http://www.nfhslearn.com Click to “register”

Step 2 Follow the steps to register as a new user. Make sure you write down your username & password!!

Step 3 You are NOT a NFHS member. This is OK! Complete the “Your Position” section as shown here. Complete the remaining sections as apply to you.

Step 4 After you complete registration, you should be able to go back to the homepage and log in! http://www.nfhslearn.com

Step 6 If you completed steps 1-5 correctly, you will see a “Welcome Back” screen. If you don’t make it here, start over.

Step 8 To access this course, you have to “ORDER NOW” This is FREE!

Step 9 Select “I am ordering this course for myself.” Select CONTINUE

Step 10 Select your state Select “CHECKOUT” Even though you are checking out, this is FREE.

Step 11 Select “COMPLETE PURCHASE” Even though you are “purchasing” something, this is FREE!

Step 12 You will receive an “Invoice” for your “Purchase” Click on the link to access your course.

Step 13 This will take you back to your homepage. Click on “Begin” to start your course. This course will take about 30 minutes.

Step 14 This should begin your course. The course gives you detailed instructions on how to complete. You will need to listen to the presentations or read the transcripts below. You must complete the entire course to reach your certificate!

Step 15 Once you complete your course, you will be directed back to your homepage. Under Completed Courses, select the View/Print section to see your certificate. To get credit for this, email me a link to this certificate. My email is shuskey@twcnet.edu
