Warm-Up: Effective Presentation So far, which was the best Dystopia presentation? What made it the best? Which was the worst presentation? What was bad about it?

Dystopia Project - Presentation Notes Take notes for EVERY group (except yours) Group Topic and Names How well did the group incorporate all 6 elements of dystopia? Was this group entertaining? Why or why not?

Book Preview - 10/22 Open your book to the Table of Contents: Read the subtitle for Animal Farm. What does this tell you about the novel? Read the non-fiction titles (100 & 114). What do they tell you about Animal Farm? Read the fictional titles (115, 128, 129 & 137). What do they tell you about Animal Farm?

Homework - Due Monday, 10/26 Read Chapters 1 and 2 of Animal Farm, by George Orwell. Take notes on the characters and events in those chapters. This will be stamped and go in your Animal Farm notebook.
