How to order T-shirts

Starts Today, Monday, Feb. 29th Coach Swap! Starts Today, Monday, Feb. 29th You will practice the same time and same day, give or take 20 minutes DOUBLE CHECK THE NEW SCHEDULE! We do this to provide you with new feedback and new challenges to help you grow And, selfishly, we want to see more speakers!

Begins TODAY, February 29th New Schedule Begins TODAY, February 29th

March 5th: No Meet We take this coming Saturday off! Sleep in, catch up on homework, reintroduce yourself to your friends and family. Be sure to go over your speech at least once on that day. Enjoy your weekend!

Thank You Extravaganza! Add this to your calendar: On Tuesday, March 22nd, we will be writing Thank You notes to our Donor’s Choose donors. Room 3-119 (Sweep’s classroom / where coach Lyke does her coaching) 3:15 until we’re done (4:00 at the latest)

Goal Setting Check-in Take out your Goal Setting form, review it, then turn it over. Lost your sheet? Grab a blank sheet of paper.

Goal Setting Check-in Take a few minutes to answer these questions: Have you reached your mid-season goal yet? What specifically did you do (in attempt) to reach this goal? Could you have done things differently to actually achieve this goal (if you’ve not yet obtained it) or, if you already achieved it, to have achieved it sooner? Keeping in mind your answer to #1, do you need to change/tweak your goal for the 2nd half of the season? If so, what is your new goal? Will you need to measure it differently from your first goal? If so, how will you measure it? What steps will you take to achieve it? Is it realistic? Can you achieve it by the end of the season?
