Time to eat right Start eating the right foods Eat less of the bad more of the good Stay away from fast food Cut down on fats and eat more vegetables

Lets get moving You should get a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise per day Have stronger muscles and bones  Be with friends or meet new people  Enjoy yourself and have fun
