Project Goal: To recognize “static identities” and “dynamic identities” in people around me……

A static identity is one that does not undergo change and remaining the same at the end as he or she was at the beginning… Static identity is based on Qualifications and Awards Power and Position Past Achievement Knowledge Gained

A dynamic identity is one that does undergo an important change A dynamic identity is one that does undergo an important change . Here, changes in some sense within the character like changes in understanding ,change in commitment ,change in values… dynamic identity is based on The difference I can make to the world The responsibility I carry My future potential for contribution My willingness to learn and grow

Person X Static identity : *work as farmer *also work as labor in ceramic mills Dynamic identity : *Not giving value to money by using organic farming technique. *always ready to help the people at any time , for any work which he can do. * for his extra activity , try to gain knowledge about different method of farming .makes him good learner and new product inventor by mixing two breeds. *does regular exercise everyday , and also inspire other to do it.

Person Y Static Identity : * He has B.E and M.tech degree. * work as professor in college. Dynamic Identity : * Help the student when his/her in critical situation by giving them proper direction and money if needed. * Talk to student frankly which show his behavior toward people. * Do extra activity like gate class for student career after college time.

Conclusion : The Contributor’s image of self is not defined by the qualifications and achievements, not by power and position , not by his/her past glories rather, he/she thinks of oneself as someone who has the capability to make a positive difference in the world , focuses on the “responsibility , sees oneself in terms of his/her future potential ”– what he/she can accomplish in the future, sees oneself as a learner.
