Knowledge.. Education and Training — Knowing what your going to plan. Psychology — You need to know behavioral attitudes toward students.

Work Activities… Thinking Creatively — Thinking of new activities to do each day. Coaching and Developing Others — Getting to know your students so you can teach them the way they learn best. Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Being able to solve problems without difficulty.

Skill & Abilities… Instructing — Teaching others how to do something. Critical Thinking — Being able to judge who is right and who is wrong with no trouble. Judgment and Decision Making — Consider the costs & benefits of potential actions to choose the most best one.

Why I am good for the job… I think I would be great for this job, because I love to teach and I love kids!
