Game creation using scratch NAME

Objectives Be able to identify key tools within the Scratch interface. Be able to add, create and edit a sprite. Be able create a simple game with basic user interaction. Be able to independently create a purposeful game. Peer assess a game and test it. Self evaluate your performance during this project.

OBJ – Be able to identify key tools within the Scratch interface OBJ – Be able to identify key tools within the Scratch interface. (3a) 1 Open the ‘Scratch Guide’, use page 2 to help you label the interface.

Obj - Be able to edit a sprite. (4c) Open the ‘Beginners Guide’ and follow the instructions on page 2 and 3 to create you’re a quick moving animation using a SPRITE.

OBJ - Be able create a simple game with basic user interaction. (5c) 2 Shark Attack (look at Shark Attack)

OBJ – Be able to independently create a purposeful game. (6c/6a) 4/5 Create a game for a purpose/audience. Use a video tutorial as your learning tool Use a written guide Ideas: Ghost Shooter (6a), Car Race (6c), Space Shooter (5a), Create your own game: score, timer, sprites (7c). Extension: Make a menu

They can independently create a game fit for purpose using a guide/tutorial to support them. 7 Create your own game from examples given.
