Physical Features... are the features that appear naturally on the surface of the earth. These features are NOT made by man.

Bodies of Water Bodies of water on a physical map are usually indicated by the color blue.

Deserts A dry area of land usually located in very hot climates. It consist of mostly sand.

Mountains A mountain is a large landform that stretches above the surrounding land in a limited area, usually in the form of a peak.
