Summary Ticket Permission request Scenario : Operation problems Submitter: All DPMS users Submit ways: Send email to itsupport@Lenovo.com or contact itsupport via lync, then ITSupport will assign task to right one. Permission request Scenario: All DPMS permission request should follow this process Submit way: Access to itsupport.lenovo.com to submit request and get approval from line manager. PS: In order to provide quick response, IT support will solve permission request directly, so please follow steps to submit permission request.
