Results of Philosophic Inventory

Progressivism Focus on the child rather than the subject matter. The student’s interest are important. Broad philosophy based on the idea of progress. Advancement in science, technology, economic development, and social organization are vital to improve the human condition. Progressivists believe that individuality, progress, and change are fundamental to one's education. Progressivism

What I learned about myself from this assignment is that I do not fit just into one category. Although progressivism scored the highest, many of the categories were very close in the scoring. I hope this this mean I will be a balanced teacher and try to see all sides of my students needs. What I’ve learned…..
