Introduction A B “Dream Chaser” is an acrylic on canvas piece created in 2013 by Andrea Kowch. This 48” x 60” work features a girl…... The fabulous Andrea Kowch drew a picture called Dreamy Chase. It is forty by sixty. It is acrylic on canvas. It shows a chick….

Body A B Shapes in this work consist of both geometric and organic. Organic shapes being the most evident; the girl, dog, birds, and wheat. The only geometric shape found is the barn, which repeats squares in the windows and lines in the siding of the barn. There are geometric and organic shapes.

Interpretation A B The black birds in the storming sky along with the looming barn may suggest that there was trouble there and give the girl motive to run away. Because the painting is titled “Dream Chaser”, it might imply that the girl is leaving home to chase after her dream for her life. The black birds in the sky mean bad stuff is happening. The girl is running away. “Dream Chaser” is about the girl chasing dreams and she likes her dog. This artist is so creative.
