Presentation transcript:

Journal: Love What is love? Discuss contemporary images of love. How is love depicted in the media (i.e. movies, TV, literature, etc.). Discuss the media’s influence on young people & their definition of love. Reflect on your own experiences with this topic.

Statements on Love Teenagers can not experience “true love”. No one is ever too young to fall in love. Love never changes. Physical attraction must precede true love. If you’re really in love, physical appearance doesn’t matter. In a love relationship, “opposites attract”. You have to work at love. If you truly love someone, you will not be attracted to anyone else.
