Starter of the day Pick up your sketchbooks covers. If you were not here last time pick up a long blank paper. Pick up twelve small papers from the stack. Once done sit quietly and wait for class to start.

Last Time! We made our book covers We handed out the disclosure for this class and assigned the due date for today. We talked about the procedures for this class If you were not here last time it is your responsibility to know the material you missed. Electronic device signal During this time electronic Devices are prohibited. This means cell phones should be put away Headphones should be out and down. Eyes should be on the teacher not looking down unless to take a note about something.

Required Materials & Fees Students will need to bring a pencil to class daily for writing in class & daily sketches. Fees: Students are required to pay a fee for this course. $15 – for students or $7 – for students with fee waver

Section Sewn book Next time Stitch your book and tie off. Draw pictures with ink Or Write text to decorate your book binding.

Clean up Put your stitched books into your classes milk crate up front. Return the needles, push pins, paper clips, small slip of paper, and glue sticks to their proper places. If you got out any other supplies please put them away. Once you are done make sure you have thrown away any string, paper, or garbage at and around your table. Finally have a seat and wait for the bell to ring quietly.
