Nutrition Labels Indicates the nutrient and calorie content of foods Serving size, per container, calories from fat (unsaturated and saturated), grams of carb, fiber, sodium, protein, sugar, Daily Value, minerals, vitamins Sometimes two lists if food is eaten with another Some foods do not require label Restaurants, plain coffee, spices, fresh meat, veggies, and fruit, food produced by very small companies.
