DEVELOPER NAME Introductions: Team members? Your organization (non-profit, for profit, areas of impact)? Type of development? One thing your team has expertise in/can contribute to the conversation (i.e. experience working on sustainable projects, etc.) Use one picture to describe your organization – address questions in the notes section.

CONTEXT: Region Local context map: Provide a neighborhood map and neighborhood photographs to show how the project fits in urban/neighborhood scale/typology/character, and how it connects to transportation, parks, schools and other amenities. Neighborhood scale (what is the immediate neighborhood/ community like? What features make it distinct? Who lives here? i.e., demographic trends, history of site, etc. Is it part of a redevelopment zone or larger initiative? Insert context maps and other images – address questions in the notes section. Use multiple slides as needed. You can use screenshots from Google maps if helpful or use other existing images. To use Google maps, use the Printscreen key on your keyboard to capture the map, then control + v to paste the images into PowerPoint.

Neighborhood scale (what is the immediate neighborhood/ community like? What features make it distinct? Who lives here? i.e., demographic trends, history of site, local culture etc. Is it part of a redevelopment zone or larger initiative? Details that will inform what will make a good design solution: Who lives here? i.e., demographic trends, history of site, local culture, climate? Is it part of a redevelopment zone or larger initiative? Use images to tell your narrative as much as possible.
